ADIC 6 - SIXTH ACEH DEVELOPMENT INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE 24.03.2017

Ladies and gentlemen.
 
I take this opportunity to thank the President of TARSA as Chairman of ADIC 6 and Members of the Organizing Committee for giving me the honor to officiate this morning's conference.
 
I am very glad that ADIC continues into its 6th turn and more papers will be presented which can be used by the authorities in Aceh after the excitement of overseeing the practice of democracy have subsided.

Many papers have been presented over six ADIC conferences held since 2010 covering the various topics and digressing on the various issues pertaining to the development of Aceh.

In other words, if Aceh still has all the problems which have been discussed in ADIC conferences, it is not due to the shortage of ideas but due to failure of leadership in so many problematic sectors.

This is a difficult speech for me to deliver as I noted the presence of such prominent and respectable scholars like Prof. Yusni Sabi and also the presence of the Deputy Rector of this University, during my time as the President of this University, Dato' Hamidon, who have attended similar conferences in the past, and in the case of Dato' Hamidon he can certainly vouch that he has listened to the same points that I have delivered in earlier speeches over a long period.

It is however my believe that if an idea is to be taken seriously it should be repeated many times even if, by doing so, a speaker is thought of as being in need of more educational exposures.

The contents of my speech today is a synthesis of some points highlighted in the following speeches which can be accessed from the entries in my blog sanusijunid.blogspot.com:

a) Faktor Nilai Dalam Kebangkitan Bangsa - a speech delivered in a gathering of Majlis Perundingan Melayu held on 13th February, 2014 at MARA Headquarters.

b)  WAR CRIMINAL CONFERENCE on "PEACE AND JUSTICE' - a speech delivered in an ANTI WAR International conference organized by the Perdana Global Peace Organization held on 27th October, 2009.

c) Speech at the Closing Ceremony of the Second Aceh Development International Conference held at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia at Bangi, Selangor Darul Ehsan on 27th March, 2011. 


FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE THE LEADERSHIP
IN THE WESTERN COMMISSION
Whether Christians or Jews, members of the Western Commission put reason above all religions and those who stand only for reasons are regarded as being mentally with, and supportive of, them.
SEX, WEALTH AND POWER
Three western thinkers have classified adventurous leaders in history into three categories. And that all their adventures are driven by three main factors: sex, wealth and power.
Sigmund Freud attributed sex to be the influential factor determining the aggressive behaviour of man in any venture. Men with strong sexual drive tend to be aggressively driven while in war and in politics. Julius Caesar was driven into battles by Cleopatra in his effort to impress and win her, while Napoleon was penning off many short love letters to Josephine during battles in the intervals when the artillery were firing with their canons.
Karl Marx, on the other hand, attributed the aggressive attitude to the madness for wealth. When the rich becomes richer and the poor becomes poorer, the glaring disparity between the two could result in revolutions, in battles and in wars that would cause bloodshed resulting in everybody being poorer. Malaysia had very little of such experience, as the famous 13th May 1969 tragedy was nothing compared to the Bolshevik revolution.
Bertrand Russell attributed the aggressive driving force in war and politics to the craze for power. Political conflicts in our own country are not only happening nationally but also down to the village level. This is also happening in many Muslim nations worldwide. We are obsessed in the democratic practices of competing for positions everywhere although no Muslim thinker, since Aristotle defined democracy, has contributed in any way to the improvement or adjustments in the original Greek idea of democracy.
 
Islam on the other hand is not opposed to sex, wealth and power provided they are experienced, earned and acquired legitimately in ways permissable by Islam and not opposed to Islamic teachings.

POWER STRUGGLES IN ACEHNESE HISTORY

THE WARS IN ACEH

While talking of previous war in Vietnam and the present wars in Iraq, Afghanistan and Palestine please allow me to bring you near home to the wars that took place over the last 132 years just a few hundred miles from the coast of Malaysia.
 
Those are wars fought in nearby Aceh. Aceh is a state of only 22,149 sq. miles in size ( which is 44.38 % or almost half the size of Peninsular Malaysia of 49,915 sq. miles ) with a population of 3,930,000 ( about 20.76 % of the population of Peninsular Malaysia of 18,933,406 ) in the year 2000, before the Tsunami. Aceh is only 175 miles or 152 nautical miles from Malaysia ( from the coastal town of Langsa to Penang ) situated on the northern tip of Sumatera Island of Indonesia.
 
This Aceh state, formerly a nation by itself as there were still no Indonesia or Malaysia as it is today, has fought six wars in 132 years from 1873 to 2005. The wars are:
a) The Aceh Anti-Colonial War ( 1873 – 1880 )
 
b) The Second World War ( 1942 – 1945 )
 
c) The Cumbok Civil War ( 1946 – 1947 )
 
d) The Anti-Colonial War of Independence ( 1945 – 1949 )
 
e) The DI – TII Religious Civil War ( 1953 – 1963 )
 
f) The GAM – RI War for Independence ( 1976 -2005 )

Teungku Chik Di Tiro, a great Acehnese leader was killed in 1875 in the first Anti-Colonial war after the Acehnese killed the tyrannical Dutch General Kohler in 1873.

Teungku Muhammad Daud Beureu-Eh was the leader who fought and won in the subsequent 4 wars with son, Teungku Hasballah Daud as one of the eight commandants in one of the wars.

Teungku Hasan Di Tiro led the last war which ended in the Helsinki peace treaty in 2005.
 
MY QUESTIONS BEFORE THE WAR

When I was asked by a group of leaders who were fighting for the independence of Aceh, many of whom were my relatives, as to my objection to the request by my uncle Teungku Hasan Di Tiro, to resign from my post as Deputy Minister of Land and Regional Development in the Malaysian government, and jointly lead in the last war, I asked 7 questions to my uncle. They were -
 
i) Why should we fight this war?
 
ii ) Where are the weapons coming from?
 
iii) Are there enough funds to finance the war?
 
iv) What happens after the war?
 
v) Is this a religious war?
 
vi) Where do we train our soldiers?
 
vii) Is there any manual or guidelines for the war?
 
THE UNCONVINCING REPLIES

I was told by Teungku Hasan that it does not take much persuasion for an Acehnese to accept the logic for a war against the 'unjust' republic.

As to weapons, I was told from the Americans.

As to the funds he mentioned a few American philanthropists

What happens after the war? We will replace Mobil Oil, with Occidental Petroleum, then headed by a Jew Armand Hammer
 
He also explained that we cannot make this war appears to the world as a religious war for then we will be classified as terrorists. It has to be a war of liberation in order to get American and Western support. To the locals it could be declared as a Jihad as that would make them willing to die.

I was also informed that we do not need any training for our fighters because it is a guerilla war and Aceh had vast experience in this type of war.

As to to the guidelines he recommended 1) War Commentaries by Julius Caesar, 2) Plutarch’s lives, 3) Clausewitz on War and 4) books by Nietzsche.

Not believing that the Americans will supply the weapons, after contacting some friends close to the US government, and unconvinced with all the answers to my other questions, I suggested that my uncle,

1. With the capital and connection that he had developed over the years that he should first set up an educational institution for the brainy among the Achehnese students with the intention of polishing them in preparation for higher education in the various fields available.

2. As the Acehnese are very entrepreneurial he should set up a bank to provide capital to Achehnese businessmen to enable them to expand their businesses. I suggested that Aceh could then be to Indonesia as California is to the United States of America.

3. With his connection I suggested that a company be established emulating the Zaibatsus of Japan such as Mitsubishi, Mitsui, Marubeni, Sumitomo and Dai Ichi - Kangyo. When this company employ more than 500,000 Acehnese workers, then the economic problem of the whole state of Acheh would have been solved as Acheh had a population of only 4.5 million.

Teungku Hasan was unhappy with my suggestion and blurted that 'if the Acehnese are educated and prosperous they would not like to die.’ I then became confused on the purpose of liberation.

There ended the relationship between a nephew and and an uncle.
 
WHEN THE WAR STARTED

It turned out that when the War started there were no weapons from the U.S.A.

There were no funds from American Philanthropists.

Either the Americans or Teungku Hasan have lied.

In fact, in trying to please the Indonesian government, after Indonesia agreed with the American suggestion for the formation of APEC, which Malaysia initially opposed, the leaders of the Free Aceh Movement, had to leave the USA and immigrate to Sweden

It was only after the Lockerbie incident, when Libya organized a conference of Muslim minorities in non-Muslim countries, that Libya became the training ground for Acehnese liberators.

Funds for the war were collected from the Acehnese themselves whether local or overseas.

Some resorted to drugs smuggling which becomes a habit after the war. Many young Acehnese are still waiting in Malaysian prison to be hanged for drug trafficking.

THE END OF THE WAR

That war did not end with any victory for any side. The peace-treaty was a face-saving compromise for both sides. Even the terms of the peace treaty will not necessarily be honoured.

The war was ended by the TSUNAMI.

More civilian Acehnese have died during the Tsunami than the Indonesian soldiers could ever kill
.
More Indonesian soldiers have died than GAM could ever kill even if the war have continue for the next 100 years.

Both sides were exhausted. The result is PEACE.

Based on these personal experiences I have often reminisced over the question as to when will the world be tired of wars.

Will there be peace when there is justice?

The war in Aceh did start with injustice. But it certainly is not justice if Occidental Petroleum takes over from Mobil Oil should the war end with Aceh achieving independence.

The war in Aceh did not end with justice. It ended with fatigue on both sides.

WHERE ARE WE?

DI TAHAP PENCAPAIAN YANG BERBEZA


Sebelum dapat memahami di mana kita dan ke mana kita akan tuju elok juga kita pelajari apa yang dirumuskan oleh sejarawan Alexander Fraser Tytler pada tahun 1776 mengenai perangai manusia dalam meniti tamaddun sejarahnya. Alexander berkata:

man moves

(1) From bondage (and poverty) to spiritual faith - Dari perhambaan (dan kemiskinan) timbul semangat keagamaan;

(2) From spiritual faith to great courage - Kerana semangat agama timbul keberanian;

(3) From great courage to liberty - Dari keberanian datanglah kebebasan;

(4) From liberty to prosperity (abundance) - Dari kebebasan datang kemewahan;

(5) From prosperity (abundance) to greed - Dari kemewahan datang sifat tamak;

(6) From greed (selfishness) to frustration - Dari tamak datang kekecewaan;

(7) From frustration to complacency - Dari kekecewaan datang kepuasan;

(8) From complacency to apathy - Dari kepuasan datanglah sifat tidak peduli;

(9) From apathy to dependency - Dari sifat tidak peduli datanglah sikap bergantung kepada orang lain.

(10) From dependancy to bondage - Dari bergantung kepada orang lain kembalilah kita dijajah.

Jika rakyat Aceh masih di peringkat kemiskinan, pihak politik sedang menikmati kemewahan, peniaga dan pengusaha Aceh di peringkat kepuasan sementara cerdik-pandai Aceh di peringkat menikmati kebebasan, maka, tanpa disedari keadaan keamanan di Aceh akan terancam dan sebarang rancangan pembangunan sukar dijayakan.

VALUE BASED DEVELOPMENT
 
JAPAN

Let us look at the Japanese.

When one talks about Japanese economic success one cannot avoid equating the successes of Japan from the successes of such Japanese companies as

Mitsubishi,

Mitsui,

Marubeni,

Sumitomo and

Dai-Ichi Kangyo which is currently absolved by C. Itoh.

These five companies were identified by the Financial Time of London as the five largest companies in the world, in that order, on 31st December, 1991.

It was the most embarrassing discovery to the corporate world of UK and the USA.

Especially, when the Japanese lost in WW II to the Allied Forces led by the UK and the USA,

......   but in 1991

The 5 Japanese companies defeated the companies of the UK and the USA in terms of size.

They appeared to have lost the war but won the peace.

This embarrassment necessitated the consolidation and amalgamation of the UK and USA companies which took place since 1991 till the present day.
 

What is the underlying background to the successes of these 5 Japanese companies?



Was it the Japanese knowledge of science and technology?

I don't think so, as more books are available in science and technology in the English language, which is the language of the UK and the USA, than in the Japanese language.
 

Was it the Japanese management know-how?


I don't think so as even Japanese, such as Kenichi Ohmae, is recommending American management method for Japanese Companies.

If you think that the Quality Control Circle is the catalyst for Japanese corporate success, you have to realize that there are thousands of Japanes companies which failed although they practiced QCC.

We did not excel even with QCC.

The 5 companies

Mitsubishi, Mitsui, Marubeni, Sumitomo and Dai-Ichi Kangyo were all incorporated or revamped in 1873, that is 5 years after the Meiji Restoration of 1868.

With the Meiji Restoration, the Japanese Army was modernized. They stopped using swords but instead they use modern weapons. and the traditional Japanese warriors, the Samurais, were sidelined to civilian life.

The Samurais were not happy being sidelined from politics and the army; so, being warriors who interpret business as equivalent to war, they decided to serve their country in the global business arena.

The so called Ronins, who are the Samurais without the Shogun, were not armed with knowledge in management, neither did they have any scientific and technological know-how; but they had the Bushido spirit of the Samurais.

THE BUSHIDO SPIRIT

Armed with the Bushido spirit, which comprises of the following 5 values, which the Samurais upheld obsessively, rain or shine, they make a success of the various business ventures.  

These values are:

Trustworthiness - Amanah

Courage - Berani

Discipline - Disiplin

Diligence - Rajin, and

Loyalty - Setia

With these core values accompanying their leadership and management efforts, they acquired knowledge, they mobilized their educated and their professionals, they managed well and they succeeded.

KOREA SELATAN

Pada 17 Disember, 1963,  Presiden Park Chung Hee dari Korea Selatan, setelah menang pilihanraya dalam bulan Oktober, 1963, telah mengunjungi Bilik Gerakan Kementerian Pembangunan Negara dan Luar Bandar di Jalan Dato' Onn, Kuala Lumpur.

Waktu itu Tun Abdul Razak menjadi Timbalan Perdana Menteri dan Menteri Pembangunan Negara dan Luar Bandar.

Sebelum taklimat diberi mengenai pembangunan luar Bandar Malaysia, Presiden Park telah ternampak sepotong ayat dari Al Quran yang tertulis pada mukaddimah papan taklimat kementerian.

Apabila Presiden Park mengetahui maksudnya ayat itu ialah 'Allah tidak merubah nasib sesuatu kaum kecuali kaum itu merubahnya sendiri' beliau menyebut 'nampaknya agama Islam menghendaki umatnya berdikari atau 'self-help'.

Dalam taklimatnya di waktu hendak melancarkan program 'Saemul Undung' di negaranya, sebagai permulaan kepada inisiatif pembangunan Korea Selatan, Presiden Park telah memulakan ucapannya dengan berkata 'The religion of Muhammad has commanded that God shall not change the fate of man until they change themselves.'

Bermula dengan program inilah Korea Selatan yang dulunya lebih mundur dari Malaysia sebelum Park Chung Hee ke sini, kini menjadi lebih maju kerana mengamalkan sepotong ayat dari Al Quran, malah, mereka kini, menjadi saingan kepada Jepun. Itu pun hanya Korea Selatan tanpa gabungan dengan Korea Utara yang juga tidak kurang kemampuannya dalam bidang teknologi, khususnya teknologi perang.

Betapa hebatkah kita membangun Negara kita dengan inspirasi mana satu ayat dari 6,666 ayat di dalam Al Quran?

Kenapa kafir boleh belajar dari Al Quran sedangkan kita tidak ke mana?

Saya pernah menulis:

President Park knew and understood only one sentence of the Quran, but managed to plan and execute a program for the benefit of his people, whereas we read the whole Quran many times but never knew how to make a successful effort.out of its teachings and wisdom.

President Park did better because, after being inspired by that one sentence of the Quran, he motivated his people based on his study of history, particularly the history of the 'Shilla Dynasty' and the 'Seven Years War' with the Japanese between 1592 to 1598, when the Japanese, under the leadership of Toyotomi Hideyoshi were twice defeated by the Korean Admiral Yi Sun-chin with his 'Turtle Armada.'

The motivating element that led to victory during the 'Shilla Dynasty' and the 'Seven Years War' was the Hwarang-do, or 'The Way of Hwarang.'

In 576 AD 'The Way of Hwarang' was perfected by the Buddhist monk who introduced the 'Five Injunctions for Mundane Life.'

The contents of these 5 injunctions are basically similar to the Bushido spirit of the Samurais.

Its 'trustworthiness', 'courage', 'discipline', 'diligence' and 'loyalty.'

Just as the Bushido spirit, originally used in fighting, was used by the five Japanese companies to succeed in their business and economic activities, the Hwaraang spirit which gave unity and victory to the Koreans during the Shilla Dynasty and The Seven Years War led by Admiral Yu Sun-chin, was used by President Park Chung Heeto drive the economic growth of South Korea.

Park Chung Hee instilled the Hwarang spirit in the management personnel of his government and the leaders of the South Korean industries.
TAIWAN

While North Korea and China were, in earlier years, lulled into economic mediocrity by the Western Jewish thinker Karl Marx, Taiwan's economy was growing because of the Jinsheng spirit which is similar to the Bushido and the Hwarang spirit of Japan and South Korea.

Taiwan's management was also driven by the same core values which has become part of their second nature.

Bila saya bertanya Naib Presiden Taiwan Vincent Siow, semasa beliau masih menjadi Menteri Pembangunan Industri Kecil dan Sederhana, sebelum naik menjadi Perdana Menteri Taiwan, atas sebabnya Taiwan maju tetapi China mundur di waktu itu.

Beliau menjawab, 'Kami di Taiwan berbangsa China sedangkan mereka di Tanah Besar China bukan berbangsa China sebaliknya merekaa berbangsa Komunis. Itulah sebab Taiwan maju dan Chinaa mundur. Tetapi kini mereka sudah mula sedar dan jika mereka kembali menjadi China mereka juga akan maju.' 
 
SERIBU PEMIMPIN BERAKHLAK MULIA
UNTUK SEJUTA RAKYAT

Taiwan itu rakyatnya China tetapi negara China itu rakyatnya bukan China tetapi kominis.

Saya kenal Vincent Siow sejak beliau menjadi pelanggan The Chartered Bank di waktu beliau mengetuai perwakilan Taiwan di Malaysia atas nama syarikat milik negaranya.

Saya di waktu itu bekerja sebagai eksekutif di bank Chartered.

Bila Vincent mendengar kecurigaan saya atas sikap Jinsheng yang dikatakannya ada pada orang Taiwan sedangkan saya tahu ramai taukeh besar China kaya kerana

- judi,

- terlibat dalam perniagaan dadah,

- aktif dalam kegiatan kongsi gelap, dan

- mengurus rangkaian outlet pelacuran

lantas Vincent berkata -

'Di dalam sesebuah Negara tidak mungkin semua rakyatnya bersikap Jinsheng, iaitu

amanah, 

berani,

disiplin,

rajin dan

setia.

Yang perlu ialah cukup ramai pemimpin di berbagai peringkat menghayati nilai murni itu.

Taiwan,  katanya, perlu hanya sekitar 20,000 pemimpin dan ketua di berbagai bidang dan tahap yang mengamal prinsip berkenaan.

Kata Vincent Siow, bagi Malaysia mungkin perlu seramai itu juga.

RUMUSAN

Oleh itu.

Kita tidak perlu ada terlalu ramai cerdik pandai, dengan ijazah berjela-berjela jika mereka itu -

- Tidak amanah

- Penakut

- Tidak disiplin

- Malas, dan

- Pengkhianat.
 
ACEH PERLU 5,000 PEMIMPIN RAKYAT YANG BERAKHLAK MULIA
 
Bangsa Aceh hanya perlu ada sekitar 5,000 orang yang terpelajar, atau berkelulusan dan profesyenal yang mempunyai akhlak yang mulia merangkumi sikap amanah, berani, disiplin dan setia.

- Amanah menangani kuasa

- Berani mengambil tindakan dan menghadapi risiko

- Disiplin dalam mengendalikan tugas dan tanggungjawab

- Rajin dan bertungkus lumus menjalankan tugas dan berkorban untuk bangsa dan negara

- Setia kepada keluarga, sahabat, kampong, mukim, daerah, negeri, negara, bangsa dan umat

Dari antara ribuan yang sudah berkelulusan dan dari antara ribuan yang akan lulus mampukah kita mengesan 5,000 anak bangsa yang mempunyai nilai-nilai tersebut.

ISLAMIC VALUES

If you ponder closely the five values in the

- Bushido

- Hwarang, and

- Jinsheng

You will find that

- Trustworthiness or Amanah

The Quran says: 'Successful indeed are the believers ... those who are faithfully true to their amanah (trusts) and to their covenant' (al-Mu'minun: 1-8)

Islamic trustworthiness (al-Amanah) is reflected in Muslim's words and dealings. Muslims with this virtue are Muslims with high degree of honesty and integrity. They are responsible to be honest and trusted by colleagues and partners.

- Courage or Keberanian

The Quran says: 'The mosque of Allah shall be maintained only by those who believe in Allah and the Last Day; perform the Salah, and give the Zakah, and fear none but Allah. It is they who are the true guidance.' (al-Taubah: 18)

True Islamic courage (syaja'ah), as outlined in the Qur'an, is showing determination in respecting all of Allah's limits, without exception, and without hesitation, fearing none other than Allah, and not deviating from this course whatever the circumstances. Essentially courage is the virtue that arises as a result of faith, in those who fear no one but Allah, and who are deeply devoted to Him. The very basis of the courage of the faithful is their love and fear of Allah, and their rendering sincere effort to earn his good pleasure. For that reason, their courage in fulfilling the requirements of morality is not dependent on specific circumstances. Those who believe in Allah show courage as an outcome of their fear of Allah and longing for the Hereafter. Because they are sincere, they are also courageous and brave. And the most courageous and brave are the people of knowledge.

- Discipline or Disiplin ( with different spelling)

The Quran says: ''Then we have put you (O Muhammad pbuy) on a (plain) way of (Our) commandment and laws, so follow.' (al-Jathiyah: 18

True Islamic discipline is reflected through consistent adherence to the rules and regulations (al-Ittiba') and remains steadfast (al-Istiqamah) with continuous obedience and positive belief in our doings.

- Diligence or Rajin, and

The Quran says: 'And strive hard in Allah's course as you ought to strive (with sincerity and efforts' (al-Haj: 78)

Islamic diligence is an expression of enthusiastic interest and sincere devotion to a course in accomplishing it. Muslims are those who never lose the enthusiasm in their hearts throughout their lives. They continue to strive hard towards precision in all matters, to be the best of all.  This is due to the source of their diligence which is faith in Allah and their major goal is earning the good pleasure of Allah, His mercy and His paradise.

- Loyalty or Setia

The Quran says: 'Truly, my prayer and my devotion, my life and my death, are (all) for Allah, the Cherisher of the Worlds.' (al-An'am: 162)

One of the distinguishing features of believers is a sense of loyalty - Islamic loyalty. Muslims, in their real sense, are loyal and very much against self-interest. A Muslim would fail to keep his self-respect if even once he demonstrated a minor neglect in his loyalty. When one loses self-respect completely, one gradually approaches a point where one loses faith.

are all values highly propagated by Islam.

The 'muru'ah' spirit of the Qurasyh summarises the five core values in the Bushido, Hwarang and Jinsheng.

That's the reason they were strong in the defense of paganism; but when they were converted to Islam the same spirit was instrumental in the aggressive expansion of the Islamic Empire.
 
But these Islamic values are practiced by the Japanese, the Koreans and the Chinese in Taiwan.

It proves that by just reading the Holy Quran and knowing the core values will not help us to progress, as they say in Arabic,

Al ilmu bi la amal, ka syajari bi la samar', or

'Ilmu yang tidak beramal laksana pohon yang tidak berbuah'.

In English we have a saying,

'Words without deeds is a garden full of weeds', or

'Kata-kata tanpa amalan adalah laksana taman yang ditumbuhi lalang.'

Whatever be our disagreements with one another or each other, on one thing we must agree today, and that is the core Islamic values in Bushido, Hwarang and Jisheng, ingrained in the Japanese, the Koreans and the Taiwanese ( as of now - even the mainland Chinese ) should be put into practice by knowledgeable Malays in the Malay Archipelago, or Gugusan Pulau-Pulau Melayu, who are out to gain knowledge.

In that way the Malays can lead their nation, states, and institutions towards greater achievements.

KNOWLEDGE WITHOUT VALUES

We should be able to avoid the disaster that has befallen such companies as ENRON, that was led and managed by educated, qualified and trained executives, with management know-how, but without the core values.

Apa yang diperlukan oleh bangsa Melayu, termasuk yang dari etnik Aceh, ialah anak bangsa yang berilmu yang turut menghayati nilai-nilai murni seperti amanah, berani, disiplin, rajin dan setia iaitu nilai-nilai Islam yang diamal oleh penganut fahaman Bushido di Jepun, Hwarang di Korea Selatan dan Jinsheng di Taiwan
